Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent businesses that serve homeowners in Woodside and across the Woodside area. Useful fits include:

• Residential pest control companies
• Termite inspection and treatment specialists
• Rodent and wildlife removal operators
• Providers who handle bed bug treatment

Small owner-operated shops are welcome. So are larger companies.

What We Expect

Providers must be able to do the following:

• Hold the licenses your state requires for your work.
• Carry current liability insurance.
• Give homeowners clear written estimates.
• Explain methods and products in plain language.
• Treat homes with care. Protect the structure, not just the symptom.
• Respond to referred homeowners promptly, within your own schedule.
• Make no claims on our behalf that we have not approved.

You set your own prices and run your own jobs. You are responsible for your work, your staff and your compliance.

How the Referral Model Works

Homeowners submit a request. We match it to a provider by service type and location. You contact the homeowner, quote the job and let them decide. Referral fees may apply. Terms are shared before you join.

We do not promise a set number of requests. Volume depends on your area, your services and demand.
